R2-05 Invoice and payment record
Supports slides 14, 15, 43 and 45.
Two organisations pay us directly. Nineteen more are covered by DoD under the agreement: I show the count, never the dollars. The zero I reported on 12 August was wrong, and this record is how I found out.

Collected from paying organisations: $375 + $375 + $875 = $1,625, three paid invoices from two organisations, 28 May to 9 Oct 2026. That’s five months. Three invoices isn’t a trend, and slide 15 says so.
The 21 and the 19
- 21 real organisations hold Stripe accounts; 19 of them are covered by DoD under the agreement. That count is mine, from the Stripe dashboard.
- The SAMS mirror holds 32 billing customers under 28 names. 14 of those names are test, smoke-test, team or contractor accounts; the other 14 are real organisations, so the mirror doesn’t hold all 21. Two of the covered organisations show in the mirror as 100% coupons: SecRed Knowledge and Symmetry.
- Not yet evidenced in this pack: the 21 and 19 split as a Stripe export. The mirror doesn’t record which accounts DoD covers.
The 12 August zero
On 12 August I reported zero paying customers after switching our measurement from SAMS to Stripe and excluding $48K of preview-environment events. Sullivan had paid on 28 May. I missed a paid invoice in our own Stripe. I corrected it on 17 October from the invoice table above.
Hugh, Deura InfoSec
- 17 to 18 Sep: accepted the full plan at $1,000 a year.
- 1 Oct: invoiced, after nearly two weeks of not sending it (R7-03).
- Payment reported by me; the Stripe or bank record is pending. It isn’t in the mirror and it isn’t counted in the $1,625.
Known gap
QuickBooks shows $0 income for April to September because the Stripe payouts haven’t been booked. Until they are, this table and the P&L won’t agree.
