R4-03 Vision, mission and values
Supports slide 25.
The brand explainer video from my Sprint 24 submission states the current mission, vision, five values and brand promise. The text is below.
These are the vision, mission and values as I wrote and submitted them for class. They're quoted word for word. They changed three times in eighteen months, and each change came from what the business taught me. Dashes in the originals are shown as commas, to match house style.
1. Founder Manifesto, Module 1 Sprint 1 (May 2025)
North Star vision. “I am building a business that creates unstoppable momentum for founders and professionals who are ready to leave the old, broken systems behind and build sharper, freer, more profitable lives because I believe clarity, speed, and ownership beat bureaucracy and bullshit every time.”
Core values.
- Clarity. “The ability to see and communicate what matters most, cutting through noise, confusion, and complexity.”
- Speed with Precision. “Moving fast without sacrificing quality, making sharp decisions and course-correcting in real time.”
- Relentless Ownership. “Owning outcomes, good and bad, never blaming, never hiding, always leading from the front.”

2. Founder Operating System, Module 10 (17 Aug 2026), vision and mission carried from Module 5
Vision. “A security market where nobody has to guess at coverage. Any practitioner, auditor or program manager can see how every control they are accountable for maps to a checkable technical artifact, and, just as clearly, where no such path exists.”
Mission. “MoxyWolf publishes the compliance crosswalk that shows its work. Every mapping is traced to the publisher that asserted it; every composition we derive is labeled as ours and is never averaged into a publisher's weight; every gap is stated out loud. We serve the ~36,000 practitioners a month who already come to STIGViewer.com, and we make proof of absence, not just proof of presence, the thing they will pay for.”
The Module 5 Strategy Canvas itself (April 2026) is the directional bet: concentrate on STIGViewer, add founder-seller, drop tactical operator work. It doesn't carry VMV text.

3. Sprint 24 micro-assessment, Module C13 (October 2026, version 2): the current statement
Mission. “Make the rules that govern work open, current and provable, so people and AI agents can do regulated work without guessing.”
Vision. “Any regulated job, from the rule to the role to the machine, answered in one question, with the source and the date behind the answer.”
Values.
- Show your work. “Every claim carries its source and its date: in the product, a deck or a meeting.”
- Written, not remembered. “Decisions are records. Anyone can pick up the thread without asking the founders.”
- Human above the loop. “Agents do the work. A named person owns what ships.”
- Translation, not conquest. “Meet buyers in the tools and frameworks they already use, through partners.”
- Measure, then decide. “Pull beats pitch. Experiments run with the metric in place and end in a written call.”
Brand promise. “Every answer shows its source and its date. Read it, parse it, ask it.”
Each value is backed by a written company norm or decision record, including the AI Governance Manifesto signed 22 June 2026.

How the three connect
- Clarity became Show your work and Measure, then decide.
- Relentless ownership became Human above the loop: a named person owns what ships.
- Speed with precision is still how I work. It's now written down as a rule: kill on evidence, with a date.
- Translation, not conquest is new. It came from the partner channel: Strike Graph, DTA, CSA.
- The audience changed too. The manifesto's founders and professionals became the people and AI agents doing regulated work.
