R4-06 Venture Studio FAQ

Supports slide 23.

Slide 23 says I wrote “MoxyWolf is a venture studio” in January 2026, before my mentor pointed my network at it. This is the paper trail.

The documents

Date Document What it says
12 Jan 2026 MoxyWolf_Venture_Studio_Overview.pdf Opens: “MoxyWolf is a venture studio. We take early-stage product ideas and turn them into validated businesses.”
19 Jan 2026 LinkedIn summary draft with my coach Version 1 calls MoxyWolf “a venture studio that turns insights into investable asset classes before capital is committed.”
March 2026 MoxyWolf_FAQ.md / MoxyWolf_FAQ_v1_1.docx, Venture Studio FAQ v1.1 The full model: Operators, Idea Authors, milestone equity at spin-out.

The model in the FAQ

  • No equity before validation. Operators earn milestone-based equity at spin-out, not at the start.
  • Real operating support. Capital, engineering, marketing infrastructure, legal and accounting.
  • Skin in the game. MoxyWolf funds development costs and recovers them only when products hit revenue.
  • Products stay inside until proven, then spin out as independent companies.

The core line: “The expensive mistake is always the same: committing before testing.”

How it connects to slide 23

Vertex Holdings is the studio. It owns MoxyWolf LLC, the operating company, and holds the positions beside it. That’s the FAQ’s structure applied to what I actually own.

Not yet evidenced: a January version of the FAQ itself. The FAQ on file is v1.1, dated March 2026. The January date rests on the Overview PDF and the 19 Jan LinkedIn draft.
