R6-03 Outcomes and liquidity
Supports slides 36 and 37.
Three ways this can end well, and how an investor would get paid in each.
| Outcome | What happens | How the money comes back |
|---|---|---|
| Acquisition | A GRC platform buys the crosswalk and the team. | Sale proceeds. The likely buyers are already on the partner bench: Strike Graph is a GRC platform with 357 organisations, and our content goes into its product from November. |
| Licensing | Crosswalk and content licensed to platforms and publishers. | Revenue share or royalty. The company stays independent and pays dividends. This is a business future with a return path, not an exit. |
| Independent | MoxyWolf stays inside a studio. STIGViewer earns, positions sit at Vertex, new bets are funded from cash flow. | Dividends, a secondary sale or a buyback. |
Liquidity today
- Cash on hand about $140K (16 Oct 2026). That covers 10 to 13 months of expenses: $140K ÷ $13.4K (six-month average) ≈ 10.4 months; $140K ÷ $10.4K (Aug to Sep run-rate) ≈ 13.5 months. It’s preliminary until it’s reconciled to bank cash.
- The Vertex positions aren’t liquid and don’t fund operations. None is assumed in the funding plan unless the parent distributes.
- No raise is planned. See R6-04.
