R6-04 Funding plan
Supports slides 37 and 38.
I’m bootstrapping. No raise. I decided that on 17 Oct 2026.
How growth gets paid for
| Source | What it is | When |
|---|---|---|
| Partner revenue share | The Strike Graph embed: $2,450 net a licence (70% of $3,500), 400 licences planned in Q1. My planning figures until the terms are signed. DTA next on the same price and share; CSA after that. | November 2026 onward |
| Consulting, by exception | Regulatory analysis for portfolio companies. The SunCoast work shows the shape: $115K of it was paid in kind in July 2026. I take it when it pays for engine time, not instead of it. | As sold |
| Publisher licences | Content licensed to platforms and publishers once the crosswalk is live inside partner products. | 2027 |
The runway
Cash about $140K. That’s 10 to 13 months of expenses, preliminary until it’s reconciled to bank cash. The Vertex positions stay outside operating funding; none is assumed.
If the embed slips
The downside plan on slide 24 is the plan: cut tooling and contractors from month 6 (expenses fall to $6K a month in the model), keep the engine and the gate, and decide at month 6. The model ends that case with about $53K cash at month 12.
Not yet evidenced: the 2027 timing for publisher licences. No publisher licence is signed or quoted. Not yet evidenced: CSA revenue on the Strike Graph model. CSA mappings are agreed (7 Oct); commercial terms aren’t.
