Disclosure note
The amounts on slide 35 are the only figures I’m giving for the DoD, In-Q-Tel and settlement money. I won’t be disclosing anything beyond them: no further amounts, no dates, no terms, and no documentation. That isn’t an oversight and it isn’t a gap in the pack. It’s deliberate, and the reasons are good ones.
- In-Q-Tel is the venture arm of the US intelligence community. Its agreements aren’t mine to circulate.
- DoD and DISA funding comes with its own handling obligations. The same rule applies.
- The settlement is confidential under a legal agreement. I won’t characterise it.
I’ve spent 22 years in federal compliance. Keeping these confidential is the same discipline the business sells.
What the panel can check
- QuickBooks P&L, Apr to Sep 2026: income $0, expenses $80,423.91. The $0 is expected. This money ran outside QuickBooks.
- Stripe: $1,625 collected since May from customers who aren’t covered by DoD. See R2-05.
- The twelve-month model starts from the cash on hand. See R5-04.
