Slide 40 has four rows: what I believed, what happened, what I do now. Each row comes from something I wrote at the time.

From the 30 Sep 2026 check-in, the first week I measured myself:

Wed 23 Sep: 3 planned, 0 verified.
Thu 24 Sep: 3 planned, 0 verified. The quote and invoice block was displaced by a partner meeting.
Fri 25 Sep: 3 sprints, 2 verified.

What I wrote: “I don’t have a motivation problem or a market problem. I have a calendar problem.”
