R7-04 Superpowers
Supports slide 44.
The superpower
Naming the human above the loop, and being that human when it’s uncomfortable.
The evidence is the Release Owner’s Gate arc in R7-11. I couldn’t tell generated from understood on 1 Jun 2026. I built the gate, said so in public on 17 Jun, and three weeks later the Secure Controls Framework shipped it as AAT-33. My claim is the proposal and the trail, not authorship of the control text.
It shows up in how the company runs:
- The Sprint 24 value “Human above the loop. Agents do the work. A named person owns what ships.” (R4-03)
- CODEOWNERS names me for every path in the plugins repo, and merges need my approving review (moxywolf-plugins commits f07f22e and b6fbf90, 29 Sep 2026)
- The 30 Sep check-in, where I name myself as the reason confidence dropped
Behind it, the stack
| Claim on slide 44 | Evidence |
|---|---|
| Oct 2025, a Google room in LA | Google Cloud AI Agents Live + Labs, Los Angeles, 15 Oct 2025 (Gmail 1844902065167784521, 1846245431676737877) |
| Vendor walls turned into plugins | Support dead ends logged with Clarify (2 Jul 2026: “Three paths tested live, three walls.”), Salesforge (Sep 2026) and Apollo. The stack now runs CRM sync and outbound checks itself (R7-09) |
| The last contractor switched off Sep 2026 | QBatch wound down 28 Sep 2026, final invoice approved (Gmail 1877572447453569041) |
| The risk: a stack only I fully understand, and one relationship at Google | My own statement. The Google collaborator is known in the record only by the nickname “Sunshine” |
Not yet evidenced: “Five” vendor walls. The record names three (Clarify, Salesforge, Apollo).
