R7-06 Mentor notes
Supports slides 23 and 41.
My mentor is Eric Haywood. These are the dated records of how the venture studio framing went from my words to how we operate. The meeting notes are AI summaries from my notetakers, not Eric’s own words, so I don’t quote him.
| Date | What the record shows | Source |

| 12 Jan 2026 | I write “MoxyWolf is a venture studio.” in the Overview; the FAQ follows three hours later | MoxyWolf_Venture_Studio_Overview.pdf; Venture Studio FAQ (see R4-06) |
| 13 Jan 2026 | I present the studio model to Eric | Fireflies recap, 13 Jan 2026 |
| 31 Mar 2026 | Summary: Eric suggested leveraging my regulatory and defense network for a potential accelerator or venture studio model. Action on me: send Eric the updated Venture Studio FAQ and agreements | Gmail 1861197867969352595 (AI summary) |
| 5 May 2026 | Summary: operator selection identified as a key bottleneck for venture studio projects. Same meeting: no more external teams for core projects | Gmail 1864368014341444103 (AI summary) |

What this backs on the slides
- Slide 23: the studio framing was mine in January. Eric pushed it through my network on 31 Mar. By May the bottleneck was choosing operators.
- Slide 41: the third inflexion point. I’d written the words and hadn’t acted on them. The 5 May bottleneck is the one he made me act on.
Not yet evidenced: any line in Eric’s own words. If a quote is wanted, it comes from the 13 Jan Fireflies transcript or the 31 Mar recording, with his approval.
