The repo holds 911 commits and 49 plugins as of 17 Oct 2026.

What’s ours and what isn’t (slide 29)

Ours: the department model, the governance (the Release Owner’s Gate, R7-11), the compliance-domain skills, and class methods turned into commands.

Not ours: the underlying tooling is open-source and vendor-published, by Anthropic and Google. Most of the plugin development came from repos both suggested. That’s my statement; the specific repo lineage isn’t in email or Slack.

Not yet evidenced: “Sunshine’s” real name and whether she can be named. Not yet evidenced: a Chief of Staff in August 2026. The chief-of-staff plugin’s first commit is 6 Oct 2026; the 29 Aug email shows the harness, not a Chief of Staff.
